Interesting muscle topic

I think that oral steroids help you get muscle mass faster and easier!
Research:
-doctors prescribe oral steroids to patients that have lower back problems but they are only suppose to take them for 1-2 weeks.
- there are many side effects that come with oral steroids such as acne baldness and small tests
-after 2-3 months you will see side effects
- They are also addictive and can be dangroues causeing cancer
-Mood gets affected by oral steroids you may get really depressed.

Most important when u do over dose on oral steroids Do Not completely stop on the steroids!

How oral steriods work with the muscle cell: by helping the body's muscle cells produce more protein which, as long as you work it out, leads to increased muscle size and strength and, at the same time also allows the body to produce more ATP - is the fuel to the  muscles to move!

In conclusion there is a lot about oral steroids you need to know before consuming them.

Interesting fact about Urinary system

The fact that i think is interesting is that nerves send signals to the brain when the bladder needs to be emptied, with this indication you will feel the urge to empty your bladder.

This is interesting to me because the fact that it is really motorized and it knows that its filled and u should dump it out. It carry's about 300ml-600ml

Main reason I'm interested is because its really mechanical.
